Breaking News: Khloe Kardashian Loses 20 Pounds

Khloe Kardashian lost 20 pounds! Wow! Why does the fame whore run to the press? I mean, if she was some movie star who was doing this for professional roles, as in, getting into character, we’ll understand.

Isn’t she just the sister of-? well, its not like the sister is any better.

Whatever, lets cut to the juice.

So the 25 year old chatted up US Magazine at the Three-O Vodka Bubble launch party in NYC on Thursday and said:

"I try to do just 30 minutes of cardio, mandatory. Obviously if I have more time, I want to do weights, but really that cardio is what works for me because I’m bigger. Cardio is what leans me out, and it still works your muscle definition too. Any kind of cardio."

She also gets bored often…yea, we figure not everybody is as addicted to running as we are…

"I do different kinds everyday because I get really bored. I do boxing, I go on hikes, I do stairs, I’m always switching it up."

On her eats and drink:

"I eat whatever I want until noon. Then from noon on, I watch what I eat. I only drink champagne. 100 calories in a glass, and I’m good."

You should also know Khloe is launching a diet product called Quick Trim with Kim, and that she finds working out to be hard work, but its totally worth it.

Coconuts for Madge, please!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE reading about Tracy Anderson and especially all the workout tips she gives about Madonna the goddess!

Madonna kicked off her summer European tour at the 02 in London on the 4th of July – and is drinking coconut water to keep up her energy levels during the dance routines.

The brains behind all this, aka TRACY, says:

“I get all my clients to drink coconut water – it is the best thing when you’re training.”

And in case you are wondering, here are the nutritional values for coconut water:

The Hot: very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Vitamin C, Riboflavin and Calcium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Magnesium, Potassium and Manganese.
The Spit:  very high in Sodium, and a large portion of the calories in this food come from sugars.

Make sure Madonna doesn’t bloat, Tracy!

The 50-year-old Queen of Pop has been training for two hours a day with her personal trainer Tracy Anderson, who travelled to London with her to prepare her for the tour.

‘I have completely changed Madonna’s body. I told her to forget everything she had been taught before and to give up yoga, which can make you look terribly veiny. Madonna’s very healthy and looks fantastic but those veins have nothing to do with me!

Oh! This is very interesting. So Tracy A is not a yoga fan! Just as we are trying to get into it, we get these news. BAAAM!

Personally, we will still try to do some yoga, cause we have gotten so freaking flexible in the last couple of weeks!

The Heidi Workout

HAHA! This made us laugh! A LOT!

Heidi Slutty Montag Pratt is now on the path to become a fitness expert! Yes, she is going to have her own fitness DVD where she will not only show workout tips, but guidelines on how to eat right as well.

Just a second – last time we checked, in order to do something like this, you needed some qualifications. Did the girl even graduate high school?

Well, she seems to think she is totally up for it:

"Staying fit is something I’m really passionate about. I work out with a strength-and-conditioning coach 90 minutes a day, five days a week."

At least there is going to be some sort of professional expertise in this DVD: her trainer, Chad Waterbury, is going to be working along with her.

Funny thing is, he says she Heidi “has a really healthy appetite.  There’s no way she is going to deprive herself.”

Oh, and he adds that she avoids all “white” foods and fills up instead on lean meats including grass-fed beef , green vegetables, apples and berries.

We said it all above. BUT…

All we can say is that Heidi is hot, but isn’t she like, totally and completely plastic? And that pussy of a husband she has makes us roll our eyes excessively.

We will try the workout when it comes out. So that we can bitch some more about her. Or who knows, maybe she will impress us! Considering her awful career skills such as acting (horrible) and singing (even worse), maybe training others is her call!

Diet and Exercise, Blake Lively Style

So gorgeous Blake Lively gave an interview to UK’s Galmour magazine and she talked about her dieting and exercise. You should know that The Hot and Fit hearts Blake Lively and her Gossip Girl cast, especially Ed Westwick (I’d marry him if I could). We like her better than Mischa Barton too, baaaah! Yea, kill us.

"I do panic before I have to wear a really skimpy outfit, but I don’t have enough willpower…"

"I had to do a scene in a bra and shorts for the first time in two years … On the day of the shoot, I ate a pork burrito, chips and a coke. Afterwards, I thought, ‘I probably shouldn’t have done that.’ But hey, whatever."

Okay, so we know we always say celebrities lie when they say they don’t work out and eat as much as they want. But Blake is so candid and really doesn’t seem like the liar type. Besides, she works for many hours every day and she is quite sporty, so she may be quite active. And heck, she said she is going to hire a trainer and get serious about working out. You know, kind of like how we figured out that there comes an age when we have to take our bodies seriously…so yea, we are jealous, but we still heart her!

Megan Fox – Transformers Diet Plan

As promised, following our post on Megan Fox’s Transformers Workout Plan, we now give you her diet.

Again, The Hot and Fit KNOWS that all claims from celebs and/or their kick-ass trainers should be considered carefully and not be fully believed. Why? Cause they would never tell us what they REALLY do eat or how hard they really train.

And you know what? We don’t believe the Jessica Alba style bullshit that she eats what she wants and is “naturally thin”!

Ight enough bitching, back to Megan now

Megan eats whole food sources instead of processed foods and avoids grains. This is similar to what many people call the "Paleo Diet". Which is similar to eating like our ancestors.

  • Avoid Grains: Hunters and Gatherers ate fruits and vegetables as their carbohydrates. The human body was meant to eat fruits and vegetables, not grains.
  • Lot’s of Natural Sources of Protein: Things like nuts, eggs, and meat is a great source of protein.
  • Fats Are Good For You: Yes, you heard it right. Megan Fox’s diet had a good amount of fat. She ate an ounce of almonds and a few eggs ever day while preparing for her role in Transformers.

We also learned that she used some sort of cleansing vinegar diet, because her diet plan is occasionally erratic and she is an irregular exerciser:

“It’s just water and raw apple cider vinegar, and it just cleans out your system entirely,” 22 year old Megan Fox explains. “It will get rid of, for women who retain water weight, from your menstrual cycle and all that, it gets rid of it really fast.”

“I’m not one for dieting or exercising, ‘cause I’m lazy and I have a really big sweet tooth, so I have to do cleanses every once in a while ‘cause of the amount of sugar I take in.”

  • Megan is in her early 20s. Which means that right now she can screw around (and trust, us we have done that) with her diet and exercise, but later on in her life she won’t be able to
  • that said, us at The Hot and Fit do not believe in extreme diets. It is a change in lifestyle requiring consistency
  • Avoid grains? Thanks, but not thanks. We like REAL carbs
  • The whole cleanse thing sounds weird but we know it is so popular. If we give it a shot we will let you know what we think
